Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL, and within Ukraine with Nova Poshta.

* After dispatch. Orders are packed by hand and ship within 1–3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Prices, taxes and customs

Prices for Germany and the EU include VAT, and there are no customs fees within the EU.

For orders outside the EU, local import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. They are set by your country, aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Returns

Not your state? Send it back. We want every tea to find the right person. If a tea or teaware doesn't feel right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery – even if the tea pouch has been opened.

How it works

• Write to us at tea.between.us@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which items you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
• Send the items back within 14 days of your message. Opened tea is fine – please return the remaining tea in its original pouch.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
• We refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Teaware

Teaware can be returned within 14 days in unused condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

This return promise is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) as a consumer in the EU.
